TDNT Loans was a small personal non-profit move for TDNT and is now under TDNT Social Services, Inc. Neither entities are under any obligation to furnish these same or any loans to anyone. Funding for these loans originally came from TDNT's personal accounts using protected Trust Property. These personal accounts are originally funded by Grantor(s), who can attest to using money saved from years of income earned from work or money earned from sales of personal real estate property in order to fund these accounts for private personal use. Income taxes among other sales taxes were already paid on the money used to fund the Trust Property prior to being placed in the Trust. The Trust Property included small bank accounts and assets used to fund these loans. This easily creates an accurate picture of the personal, caring and intimate aspect of this loan program and how this matched the Trust’s charitable vision, mission and purpose. Currently and with TDNT no longer able to financially support TDNT Loans, TDNT Social Services, Inc. is management. This nonprofit is now also trying to secure donations and grants from private and public donors in order to continue funding for these loans.

The decision to issue small loans is in effort to assist others in dire need. Loans will only be issued to applicants when there is zero to very little risk to the Trust’s assets and property, when such funds are used. Currently, TDNT is not funding for any new loans and so we will adhere to the Internal Revenue Code of the United States IRC US 501(a) whenever we use public grants or donations to issue loans. This predetermines the individuals to whom we are able to loan out money. When determining amount loaned out, the annual interest rate charged, origination fees, life of the loan, term date and payment terms, preference and more favorable options are first offered and provided to individuals with already established relationships with TDNT Loans or TDNT Social Services, Inc. The payment terms, however, do generally stay the same. We use a uniform system and application when approving and processing loans. We do not discriminate based on any of the protected classes including age, race, gender, disability or national origin.

Our extension program TDNTCSA shares similar purpose and responsibilities. TDNTCSA is not obligated to furnish any financial tools or support to anyone until after an application has been approved according to our terms.  We adhere to the UCC & Negotiable Instruments codes.
