Several of our Borrowers thus far have enjoyed processed applications within 1-3 days of making their application fee payment and submitting their completed application and documents. If you click the application fee link, you will also find the option to pay an Expedited Loan Processing Fee; making this payment will ensure your loan application is processed within 3 to 7 days with your *engaged cooperation.

So, is the application fee refundable?
No, the application fee is nonrefundable although you may receive discounts towards your already paid application fee. You are likely to receive a credit on account for this discount or a refund if you do not currently hold an account with us, but qualify for the application fee discount. The application fee must be paid first, however, in order for us to process your discount. The Expedited Fee is nonrefundable.

The fees we assess will always be disclosed to you with prior notice. Borrowers are typically responsible for additional costs we incur as a result of Borrower's behavior or requests. As example, Borrowers are responsible for NSF fees and similarly incurred fees. See our loan application form, invoices, payoff letter request form and loan agreement (also on our Apply Page) for more information.
